🎯Strategy
The deck is built around the leader, which offers a very unique board control element. We can bounce cards on both sides up to 3 cost, which can grant us tempo, when dealing with the opponent's board, or provide value, when we bounce our own things to activate their abilities and attack one more time. Additionally this particular list tries to incorporate the stack Vegito concept as well to have access to the 6 cost Vegito to gain card advantage and threaten with a finisher.
Our strategy is to collect the necessary cards in our drop to be able to board Vegito on the board, but the 3c Trunks is a great option as well. It works very well with the 4c Goku, and all the 1 cost cards in our deck, and combined with our leader ability we are guaranteed to have a usage for all our energies.
We want to win by either boarding 2 Vegitos on the board, and essentially gaining triple strike on all our attacks on 3 life, or by doing the same with 1 copy, and deal damage 2 times.
⚠️ Challenges
Trunks' package is all over the place. We have cards, that require 7 cards in hand, we have cards, which want to go to the bottom, and then be cast from the bottom. Our key card plays 1 cost cards, while our big hitter in the archetype is a 2c. We have an evolve card now, we have bouncing, bottom decking, everything, but all these cards can't truly be combined to have a streamlined unique strategy.
The whole reason the Vegito archetype is forced into the list is because Trunks have no finisher, and no in-archetype concept to actually win a game in the current environment. Also no cheap big removal all new decks tend to get.
🧱 Core Cards
FB07-039 Trunks – the most important part of the whole archetype, it basically empowers and extends our leader ability
FB10-121 Vegito – the best bomb for the deck, helps midgame, but mostly a great finisher
💡 Tips
early game is best for searching and handling the board, there's no reason to try to force the stacking strategy due to inconsistencies
our 3c Trunks is the best way to deal with boards, as it also reduces the costs by 2, softening them up to various board control elements
bouncing our own cards could go a long way, like Haru/Maki can boost up 40k in the end game (after 3c Trunks and leader bounce)
⚙️ Fine-tuning
Additional cards: this time around there are a lot of cards we could include in this deck, so instead of listing them here, they could be viewed on the side deck in the linked build.
Ratio changes
FB10-034 Trunks is great as a control tool, as it can freeze 6 costs after playing the 3c Trunks, but in the current meta, there are cards, which needs to be removed, and it's not enough to just stun them, like the new Vegito. For this reason I only run 2 copies.

💬 Personal Notes
Bounce Trunks is the big brain blue deck I want to love, but it's hard most of the time. The deck is so incoherent and inconsistent, that it just didn't work. I was excited for this reason, because I saw the opportunity in the new Vegito package, given that only the 4c Vegeta and the removal was leader locked in the whole archetype, and Trunks was always good at board control anyway. For this reason I thought Trunks could be a B tier deck, but I was mistaken. It got better for sure, but it only reached the D tier, which is the playable tier for me.
The lack of removal and weak drop management hurts the deck a lot more, than I expected. A good playable Goku/Vegeta card could help this particular build a lot, and with the anime Vegito scr there is hope to have the needed removal as well. However it would be better to get some archetype support, which ties all the random cards together.

Glossary
Aggro: A strategy that ignores the opponent's game plan with the goal of ending the match as quickly as possible, in this case through relentless attacks.
Midrange: A strategy that seeks a middle ground, attempting to balance the tempo. It tries to slow down fast decks and outpace slow decks. Board control is a vital tool here.
Control: A strategy entirely focused on neutralizing the opponent's plays. It settles in for a long, slow game where the goal is to bleed the opponent out of resources.
Combo: A strategy that aims to win (or at least cause a radical shift in the game state) through the synergy of specific cards, often appearing to come out of nowhere. The goal is to gather the necessary components and fulfill the prerequisites as quickly as possible.
